Comments: Reversal.

I'm bemused to see that Blair is offering British military training to the Libyan army. Why not? I mean it's always worked out well in the past hasn't it? I'm thinking Iraq, the Taliban (okay. more US training than British, but you get my drift!)

I thought people were meant to learn from history!
